Clifton Heights condo project nears completion
Business First of Louisville
Cliff View Terrace, a 30-unit condominium development on Brownsboro Road, is set to welcome its first tenants.
The exterior of the four-story building, at the northwest corner of Brownsboro Road and Idlewylde Drive, is completed, and workers are finishing the interiors of the first units, said Reed Weinberg, a Realtor and partner in the project.
The building is slated to be finished this fall.

Seven of the 28 residential condos are sold, and Weinberg said he is in negotiations with other potential buyers.
The available units start at $130,000 and go up to $355,000. The condos range in size from 750 square feet to 1,900 square feet.
In addition to the residential units, there is an 1,800-square-foot commercial space on the first floor that will be divided into two office condos.
Weinberg said he and development partner Mark Isaacs, a Louisville architect and builder, have been pleased with the rate of sales and overall interest in the multimillion-dollar project.
Inquiries have increased in recent months as the finished product has taken shape, Weinberg said, adding that he shows the property almost every day.
So far, Cliff View Terrace has attracted a diverse group of buyers, including medical students, young professionals and empty-nesters who are looking to downsize.
