RBW expands Lock-N-Save Self Storage brand

(Louisville, KY) RBW Real Estate, which operates self storage properties under the name Lock-N-Save Self Storage, has recently purchased a facility at 5824 Fern Valley Road. The property is undergoing extensive renovations to enhance appearance, visibility and security. The Fern Valley Road property will be the second Lock-N-Save location- the other is located at 1340 Durrett Lane. “We firmly believe in the self storage business model, especially in this troubling commercial real estate environment,” said Weinberg. “We have continued our practice of purchasing under performing properties and adding immediate value through improvements and quality management”.
