These properties are located in a variety of the City’s areas. We pride ourselves on our ability to add and maintain great value to our properties. This begins directly after the purchase of the asset and continues throughout the entire period of ownership. We provide first-rate property management services to our tenants as a responsive and pro-active landlord. RBW greatly enhances and maximizes the value of its properties, which, in turn, enhances the business of its tenants and the lives of residents in the surrounding neighborhoods.

We have participated in several real estate development projects, including residential condominium development.

Reed Weinberg, Founder and President of RBW Real Estate Group, is an active and experienced real estate professional in Louisville. His investment experience encompasses all areas of the City and ranges from apartment complexes, to office buildings to retail strip centers. He is also an active real estate developer. In addition to his investment expertise, Reed is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In 2007, he was recognized as one of Business First of Louisville’s “40 under 40”. Reed is also an active civic volunteer. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Family and Career Services and the Jewish Community Center of Louisville and is a Committee Member for the Home of the Innocents.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Reed is active and experienced in all forms of real estate brokerage. He represents buyers and sellers of all types of property; from apartment complexes, to commercial property to raw land. He also handles leasing for property owners. Reed is a Principal of the firm PRG Investments (www.prginvestments.com), where he operates as a licensed broker.
